Creates ensemble taxonomic assignments of amplicon sequencing data in R using outputs of multiple taxonomic assignment algorithms and/orreference databases. Includes flexible algorithms for mapping taxonomic nomenclatures onto one another and for computing ensemble taxonomic assignments.
