deldir: Delaunay Triangulation and Dirichlet (Voronoi) Tessellation

Calculates the Delaunay triangulation and the Dirichletor Voronoi tessellation (with respect to the entire plane) ofa planar point set. Plots triangulations and tessellations invarious ways. Clips tessellations to sub-windows. Calculatesperimeters of tessellations. Summarises information aboutthe tiles of the tessellation.Calculates the centroidalVoronoi (Dirichlet) tessellation using Lloyd's algorithm.
