Conduct internal validation of a clinical prediction model for a binary outcome. Produce bias corrected performance metrics (c-statistic, Brier score, calibration intercept/slope) via bootstrap (simple bootstrap, bootstrap optimism, .632 optimism) and cross-validation (CV optimism, CV average).
