Interpretable nonparametric modeling of longitudinal data using additive Gaussian process regression. Contains functionality for inferring covariate effects and assessing covariate relevances. Models are specified using a convenient formula syntax, and can include shared, group-specific, non-stationary, heterogeneous and temporally uncertain effects.
