DRC Music’s weeklong trip to the Democratic Republic of Congo will apparently result in full length studio album. Today (aka day four), the Damon Albarn-led collective offered some sonic fruits of their labor. Posted onTumblr – and streaming below – is a clip of “Hallo”, which finds Albarn, producer Dan the Automator, XL label chief Richard Russell, and London DJ Darren Cunningham (aka Actress), among others, teaming up with Congolese band Tout Puissant Mukalo to create a groove-laden, wordly club track that would make even Diplo jealous. Check it out below.

The as-yet-titled LP is being recorded to benefit Oxfam’s work in the DRC.
