10He does not delightin the strengthof the horse;He does not takepleasurein the legsof a man.
11The LORDfavorsthose who fearHim, Those who waitfor His lovingkindness.
12Praisethe LORD,O Jerusalem!Praiseyour God,O Zion!
13For He has strengthenedthe barsof your gates;He has blessedyour sonswithinyou.
14He makespeacein your borders;He satisfiesyou with the finestof the wheat.
15He sendsforth His commandto the earth;His wordrunsveryswiftly.
16He givessnowlike wool;He scattersthe frostlike ashes.
17He castsforth His iceas fragments;Whocan standbeforeHis cold?
18He sendsforth His wordand meltsthem; He causes His windto blowand the watersto flow.
19He declaresHis wordsto Jacob,His statutesand His ordinancesto Israel.
