(Deuteronomy 23:9-14) 1And the LORDspakeunto Mosesand to Aaron,saying,2Speakunto the childrenof Israel,and sayunto them, When anymanhath a running issueout of his flesh,[because of] his issuehe [is] unclean.3And this shall be his uncleannessin his issue:whether his fleshrunwith his issue,or his fleshbe stoppedfrom his issue,it [is] his uncleanness.4Every bed,whereon he lieththat hath the issue,is unclean:and every thing,whereon he sitteth,shall be unclean.5And whosoevertouchethhis bedshall washhis clothes,and bathe[himself] in water,and be uncleanuntil the even.6And he that sittethon [any] thingwhereon he satthat hath the issueshall washhis clothes,and bathe[himself] in water,and be uncleanuntil the even.7And he that toucheththe fleshof him that hath the issueshall washhis clothes,and bathe[himself] in water,and be uncleanuntil the even.8And if he that hath the issuespitupon him that is clean;then he shall washhis clothes,and bathe[himself] in water,and be uncleanuntil the even.9And what saddlesoever he ridethupon that hath the issueshall be unclean.10And whosoever touchethany thing that was under him shall be uncleanuntil the even:and he that beareth[any of] those things shall washhis clothes,and bathe[himself] in water,and be uncleanuntil the even.11And whomsoever he toucheththat hath the issue,and hath not rinsedhis handsin water,he shall washhis clothes,and bathe[himself] in water,and be uncleanuntil the even.12And the vesselof earth,that he touchethwhich hath the issue,shall be broken:and every vesselof woodshall be rinsedin water. The Cleansing of Men 13And when he that hath an issueis cleansedof his issue;then he shall numberto himself sevendaysfor his cleansing,and washhis clothes,and bathehis fleshin runningwater,and shall be clean.14And on the eighthdayhe shall taketo him twoturtledoves,or twoyoungpigeons,and comebeforethe LORDunto the doorof the tabernacleof the congregation,and givethem unto the priest:15And the priestshall offerthem, the one[for] a sin offering,and the other[for] a burnt offering;and the priestshall make an atonementfor him beforethe LORDfor his issue. 16And if any man'sseedof copulationgo outfrom him, then he shall washall his fleshin water,and be uncleanuntil the even.17And every garment,and every skin,whereon is the seedof copulation,shall be washedwith water,and be uncleanuntil the even.18The womanalso with whom manshall lie[with] seedof copulation,they shall [both] bathe[themselves] in water,and be uncleanuntil the even. The Uncleanness of Women 19And if a womanhave an issue,[and] her issuein her fleshbe blood,she shall be put apartsevendays:and whosoever touchethher shall be uncleanuntil the even.20And every thing that she liethupon in her separationshall be unclean:every thing also that she sittethupon shall be unclean.21And whosoever touchethher bedshall washhis clothes,and bathe[himself] in water,and be uncleanuntil the even.22And whosoever touchethany thingthat she satupon shall washhis clothes,and bathe[himself] in water,and be uncleanuntil the even.23And if it [be] on [her] bed,or on any thingwhereon she sitteth,when he touchethit, he shall be uncleanuntil the even.24And if any manliewith her at all,and her flowersbe upon him, he shall be uncleansevendays;and all the bedwhereon he liethshall be unclean. 25And if a womanhavean issueof her bloodmanydaysoutof the timeof her separation,or if it runbeyond the timeof her separation;all the daysof the issueof her uncleannessshall be as the daysof her separation:she [shall be] unclean.26Every bedwhereon she liethall the daysof her issueshall be unto her as the bedof her separation:and whatsoevershe sittethupon shall be unclean,as the uncleannessof her separation.27And whosoever toucheththose things shall be unclean,and shall washhis clothes,and bathe[himself] in water,and be uncleanuntil the even. The Cleansing of Women 28But if she be cleansedof her issue,then she shall numberto herself sevendays,and afterthat she shall be clean.29And on the eighthdayshe shall takeunto her twoturtles,or twoyoungpigeons,and bringthem unto the priest,to the doorof the tabernacleof the congregation.30And the priestshall offerthe one[for] a sin offering,and the other[for] a burnt offering;and the priestshall make an atonementfor her beforethe LORDfor the issueof her uncleanness. 31Thus shall ye separatethe childrenof Israelfrom their uncleanness;that they dienot in their uncleanness,when they defilemy tabernaclethat [is] amongthem.32This [is] the lawof him that hath an issue,and [of him] whose seedgoethfrom him, and is defiledtherewith;33And of her that is sickof her flowers,and of him that hathan issue,of the man,and of the woman,and of himthat liethwith her that is unclean. |
