And he and Samuelwentand dweltin Naioth.19And it was toldSaul,saying,Behold, David[is] at Naiothin Ramah.20And Saulsentmessengersto takeDavid:and when they sawthe companyof the prophetsprophesying,and Samuelstanding[as] appointedover them, the Spiritof Godwas upon the messengersof Saul,and they also prophesied.21And when it was toldSaul,he sentothermessengers,and they prophesiedlikewise. And Saulsentmessengersagainthe thirdtime, and they prophesiedalso.22Then wenthe also to Ramah,and cameto a greatwellthat [is] in Sechu:and he askedand said,Where[are] Samueland David?And [one] said,Behold, [they be] at Naiothin Ramah.23And he wentthither to Naiothin Ramah:and the Spiritof Godwas upon him also, and he wenton,and prophesied,until he cameto Naiothin Ramah.24And he stripped offhis clothesalso,and prophesiedbeforeSamuelin like manner, and lay downnakedall that dayand all that night.Wherefore they say,[Is] Saulalso among the prophets? |
