Stefan Meyer-Kahlen[1]

Stefan Meyer-Kahlen,
a German computer scientist, professional computer chess programmer, and author ofShredder[2]. In the early 90s Stefan started chess programming and co-authoredXXXX in cooperation with his fellowMartin Zentner. He began to develop his own program Shredder in early 1995. After winning theWMCCC 1996 in Djakarta, he started his professional career. Along withSOS authorRudolf Huber, Stefan Meyer-Kahlen designed theUCI protocol, released in 2000[3].
