Nobuo Araki,
a Japanese computer scientist, and M.Sc. in 2008 from School of Information Science and Technology,University of Tokyo, and Ph.D. student atUniversity of Electro-Communications where his research on computerGo is supported by theJapan Society for the Promotion of Science. He is author ofMC_ark, a Go playing program performingMCTS, inspired byRémi Coulom'sCGW 2007 paperComputing Elo ratings of move patterns in the game of Go[2][3].
