Constructing the Ark

(Exodus 25:10-16)

1And Bezaleelmadethe ark[of] shittimwood:two cubitsand a half[was] the lengthof it, and a cubitand a halfthe breadthof it, and a cubitand a halfthe heightof it:2And he overlaidit with puregoldwithinand without,and madea crownof goldto it round about.3And he castfor it fourringsof gold,[to be set] by the fourcornersof it; even tworingsupon the onesideof it, and tworingsupon the othersideof it.4And he madestaves[of] shittimwood,and overlaidthem with gold.5And he putthe stavesinto the ringsby the sidesof the ark,to bearthe ark.6And he madethe mercy seat[of] puregold:two cubitsand a half[was] the lengththereof, and one cubitand a halfthe breadththereof.7And he madetwocherubims[of] gold,beaten out of one piecemadehe them, on the twoendsof the mercy seat;8Onecherubon the endon this side, and anothercherubon the [other] endon that side: out of the mercy seatmadehe the cherubimson the twoendsthereof.9And the cherubimsspread out[their] wingson high,[and] coveredwith their wingsover the mercy seat,with their facesoneto another;[even] to the mercy seatwardwere the facesof the cherubims.

The Table of Showbread

10And he madethe table[of] shittimwood:two cubits[was] the lengththereof, and a cubitthe breadththereof, and a cubitand a halfthe heightthereof:11And he overlaidit with puregold,and madethereunto a crownof goldround about.12Also he madethereunto a borderof an handbreadthround about;and madea crownof goldfor the borderthereof round about.13And he castfor it fourringsof gold,and putthe ringsupon the fourcornersthat [were] in the fourfeetthereof.14Over againstthe borderwere the rings,the placesfor the stavesto bearthe table.15And he madethe staves[of] shittimwood,and overlaidthem with gold,to bearthe table.16And he madethe vesselswhich [were] upon the table,his dishes,and his spoons,and his bowls,and his coversto coverwithal,[of] puregold.

The Lampstand

17And he madethe candlestick[of] puregold:[of] beaten workmadehe the candlestick;his shaft,and his branch,his bowls,his knops,and his flowers,were of the same:18And sixbranchesgoing outof the sidesthereof; threebranchesof the candlestickout of the onesidethereof, and threebranchesof the candlestickout of the othersidethereof:19Threebowlsmade after the fashion of almondsin onebranch,a knopand a flower;and threebowlsmade like almondsin anotherbranch,a knopand a flower:so throughout the sixbranchesgoing outof the candlestick.20And in the candlestick[were] fourbowlsmade like almonds,his knops,and his flowers:21And a knopunder twobranchesof the same, and a knopunder twobranchesof the same, and a knopunder twobranchesof the same, according to the sixbranchesgoing outof it.22Their knopsand their brancheswere of the same: all of it [was] onebeaten work[of] puregold.23And he madehis sevenlamps,and his snuffers,and his snuffdishes,[of] puregold.24[Of] a talentof puregoldmadehe it, and all the vesselsthereof.

25And he madethe incensealtar[of] shittimwood:the lengthof it [was] a cubit,and the breadthof it a cubit;[it was] foursquare;and two cubits[was] the heightof it; the hornsthereof were of the same.26And he overlaidit with puregold,[both] the topof it, and the sidesthereof round about,and the hornsof it: also he madeunto it a crownof goldround about.27And he madetworingsof goldfor it under the crownthereof, by the twocornersof it, upon the twosidesthereof, to be placesfor the stavesto bearit withal.28And he madethe staves[of] shittimwood,and overlaidthem with gold.29And he madethe holyanointingoil,and the pureincenseof sweet spices,according to the workof the apothecary.
