The birth of Bernadette and Howard's baby, Halley, is on Amy's birthday, which interferes with Sheldon and Amy's annual coitus. Sheldon is also upset Amy went to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter without him. Raj accidentally reveals it's a girl and is kicked out of the Wolowitz house. At the hospital waiting, the friends all reminisce how much has changed in ten years though Raj feels he's done the least which further upsets him. Halley Wolowitz is born and Raj is honored to be her godfather while the baby's cry sounds uncannily like her grandmother Debbie Wolowitz. Sheldon and Amy go to the theme park together, which is foreplay to Sheldon, and rush into their apartment to have their birthday coitus.
