Meanwhile, the Lightman Group is supposedly "sued" relating to the multi-million dollar scam, but it was actually a test for Torres' loyalty to see if she would reveal what Loker did (Lightman already knew). Loker is made an unpaid intern near the end of the episode by Lightman, instead of being fired as he was expecting.
