Hopoo Games is an American indie video game developer. It was founded by Paul Morse and Duncan Drummond in 2012, when they were two students from the University of Washington. They are known for the creation of Risk of Rain, launched in November 8th, 2013. They later developed Deadbolt (2016) and the sequel Risk of Rain 2.
