A criminal that proclaims his innocense escapes during a protest on the night of another inmate's execution. Meanwhile Phillie breaks her end of the bargain, and gets sent back to maximum security. A new female convict, Erica Reed, is enlisited to replace her, as the Breakout Kings hunt down the prisoner. Along the way, they discover he is guilty as sin, and has a long history of tortuting women.
