Bertie Holcomb is a tossball player for Rizzo's Rangers, considered by Grimm to be one of the greatest tossball hackers ever. He is known as the Black Hole since he "sucks up every ball that comes his way".

He is also known as Black Hole Bertie, the Hole-meister, and the Hack-Attack.
