なんでみんな外航船員にならんのか。
乗船期間は半年から8か月がデフォでちょっと多いけど、その分休暇は3,4か月がデフォで、多いときは5か月とかもらえるときもある。
最近はまずないけど、乗船期間めちゃくちゃ長くなる時は12か月とかある。それ以上は労働条約を理由に船止められたりするリスクが発生するから伸ばされない。

ファミリーマートは6月4日、ロボットベンチャーのTelexistence（東京都港区）が開発した遠隔操作ロボットを10月から実運用すると発表した。まずはTelexistenceの子会社と共同で運営するファミリーマート経済産業省店（千代田区）で商品の陳列などに活用。精度や作業速度を検証し、全店への展開を検討する。
2020年8月に商品陳列ロボット「Model-T」を東京都豊島区の店舗で試験導入したときのデータを基に、Telexistenceが新たなロボットを開発。バックヤードでの商品補充やペットボトル飲料の陳列に活用する。結果を踏まえて、他の業務での利用も検討するという。ロボットの運用管理システムとして、米Microsoftのクラウドサービス「MicrosoftAzure」をベースにTelexistenceが開発した「AugmentedWorkforce Platform」も導入する。
試験導入時の様子
Model-TはTelexistenceが開発した2本の腕を持つロボット。VRヘッドセットと手袋型のコントローラーで遠隔操作できる。商品陳列の経験があればロボットの専門知識がなくても動かせるため、店舗を省人化でき、制約を受けずに自由度の高いスタッフ採用が可能になるという。
