経営サイドからすると、パワハラ・セクハラを放置して利益を最大化した方がいい。だけど、放置しすぎると組織が荒廃する。今度は取り締まりを厳しくする。この行ったり来たりがあるので、どんな組織でもパワハラに甘くなる時期もあるし、厳しくなる時期もありうる。
自分のいた業界、医療業界。特に大学病院では放置する傾向が強いね。教授会・医局・専門医などのシステムが、独裁者を生む仕掛けになっている。
どこをどう読んだらそう言う解釈になるの？
そして、「医局制度」が独裁者を生む仕組みになってるんだよね。
「だから言わないでおく」って書いてあった？ どこだろう…探したけど分からなかった。ゴメン。

これは慰めてくれてるのか、それとも…？
馬鹿正直に法令遵守してたら成果は出ないからねぇ。どうしてもパワハラも発生してしまう。現状のシステムでは、医療関係は基本そうでしょう。リソース不足すぎる。
それもそう。そして法令違反を行わないと成果が出ないくらいリソースが足りない。
パワハラ含め違反の放置は管理責任。教授などの管理者は管理責任を問われたくない。全てをもみ消す蓋然性が高い。
俺は無脳とは思われていない。退職をFB投稿したら、アメリカのトップ大学の教授から「先生だったらいつでも welcome だよ」ってメッセージが来た（トップ大学：大学ランキング、ノーベル賞受賞者数など基準）。40歳までに日本全国学会と海外の学会で招待講演を10回以上、教科書の執筆・監修、国際学会の委員、日本の学会の評議員、日本最大の勉強会の世話人（毎月開催、毎回100人以上参加、医師限定）などしていた。忘年会で「今年1年、医局員で一番頑張ったで賞」を頂いたこともあった。学会賞も複数貰った。節制・投資で40歳時点ですでにFIRE水準。今はリモート医療に携わってるけど、管理会社からは「評判がいいですよ」って何度かご連絡頂く。本当はご指名はやってないんだが、クライアントからご指名依頼もあるらしい。ビズリーチ登録したら世界的企業からたくさん（＞10）オファー来た。今も時々来る。
今回の件、俺が名大に来てあまりにも周りとなじむのが早く、うまくいっているように見えたためサイコパスが俺に嫉妬したっていうのが医局長の意見（録音あり）。
