「測定誤差を想定したシミュレーションでも無関連は説明困難」との主張は、どの程度の誤分類を仮定したかに依存。7.5%という低曝露率とOTC断続使用の取りこぼし構造を考えると、現実の誤分類はシミュレーション想定を超える可能性がある。**外部妥当化（他研究の曝露率・バイオマーカー）**を踏まえた再検証が必要。
