ただでさえ絶対的な腕力が上だったり、断りづらくするTipsが男の中で出回ってたり
そうでなくとも今後も関係自体は続けたいから無碍に断るのも…みたいな場合もあるのに
そういった勾配とか人付き合いのグラデーションを無視して「断ればいい」って単純化する男さんが多くて困るよね。
異性関係なく、普段からちゃんと人付き合いしてるのかな？って思う。

なにを言ってるんだお前はと言われるかもしれないが、俺はメモを取った後の活用がクソほど下手くそだ。
メモを取ったあとは必要な時にそのメモを見返せばいいと思うかもしれないが、それができないのだ。
NotionやObsidianなどメジャーなツールを使って、様々なメモを残している。
仕事のタスク、ToDo、アイデア、ちょっとしたメモ、ソフトウェアのTipsや使い方の備忘録、作業日誌や買ったもののリスト、見た映画やドラマのレビュー、
とにかく色んなものをNotionのノートにまとめたりしてた。最近はもっぱらObsidianに書きまくってる。
例えば過去にネットで調べながら攻略したことがあったとして、その時はまた同じことをする時のために注意点なども含めて自分でまとめノートを作ったりしていた。
しかし時が経ち、また同じようなことが起こった時に俺は前と同じくまたネットで調べながらその作業を行った。
頭の中ではまず「あーあん時どうやったっけな・・確か～の情報載ってるサイトがあってそっから調べたような・・」となり、おもむろに普通に検索しはじめる。
この時俺の頭の中には自分で作ったまとめノートの存在が完全に抜け落ちてる。
まとめノートとして残したはずが、そのページを開くのが億劫になったり、そのまとめノートを開いたとしても、どこか不安なので結局また調べ直してしまうのだ。
あとあーなんかこれ忘れないようにメモっとこ、みたいなメモは大抵後になっても見返さない。
そして時間が経ち、ふと目に止まってもなんだこれ？ってなる。
もう少し説明を足しておけばよいのかもしれない。でも面倒だ。
Obisidanは面倒くさがりな人にもいいよと聞いて使い始めたんだが、結局タグなりで紐づけができるようにしておかないといけない。
ある程度はできるのだ。でも網羅的にそういう作業ができない。めんどくさいすぎる。
とにかく放り込んで後は必要な時に検索すればよい、そうも思うんだが検索結果が散らばりすぎて結局まとめなおしが必要になってくる。
結局、とにかくなんでもObisidianに書くぞと思ったものの、inboxに溜め込み続けた断片達を整理するのが面倒で放置するようになる。
まとまった文章はフォルダ階層などにして残してはいるが、そいつらの存在もすぐに忘れる。
メモを取るのはいいんだが、取った後それをどう使いこなせばいいのか
めちゃくちゃマメに、それこそ脳の外部ストレージみたいなものですよハハハとか言ってる人たちは本当にそれらを活用できているのか
書くだけ書いて満足して終わりなのではないか
そんな疑心暗鬼にかられるほど俺は取ったメモをうまく使いこなせないのだ。
この文章が支離滅裂でとりとめがないなことからも俺が理路整然としたルーティンワークがこなせないということが露呈してるかもしれない。
そして、こんな俺に救いの手を差し伸べてくれるのは恐らくObsidianであろうとも思っている。
とにかくめんどくさいやつのためのObisidian活用術を誰か書いてくれ。
なんとか式で脳を拡張しようとかそんなんじゃなくて。

いる部員は大体が下手で、一番上手い奴は小学校の時は卓球をやっていて、なぜか野球部に来た奴だった。
あとは始めたての素人か、少年野球をやっていてレギュラーになれなかったような奴だ。
一番上手い卓球のやつも本能的に出来てしまうだけで、言語化できるわけでもなく、教えられない。
あとは下手なやつで、教えられるような内容を持っていない。
顧問も野球を全く知らない。誰も野球を知らない。私も知らない。
あるのは、人格形成、礼儀といった内容だった。それを見た時点で辞めれば良かったと思う。
着替えて、道具を部室から運び出し、5km走る。土日は10km走っていた。
走った後は、ストレッチや準備運動、ダッシュ、キャッチボールをやって、バッティング練習
一日の中で特に上達することもなく、当然繰り返しても上達することもなく、
なぜやるのか、どうやったら上手くなるのか、そういった言葉は
この部活にはなかった。
この人たちはどこにいるのかと言うと、陸上部だった。
平日は陸上部として活動し、土日祝は野球のクラブチームで活動する人たちだった。
その人達は野球部の活動を横で見ていたと思うが、何を思っていたのだろうか。
大会は当然ながら勝てなかった。
万年一回戦敗退だった。当たり前だろう。
ストライクもまともに入れられない、
バットもまともに振れないチームが勝てるわけ無い。
そんな馬鹿な。指導者がいなくてもYoutubeとかに便利なTipsが
一杯あるじゃないかと考える人もいるだろうが、当時ネットの普及率は1割もなく
そんな時代だった。
練習試合は組めなかった。
これを繰り返していた。
あったのかもしれないけれども、意味は無かった。
ではそれによって上達したか？しなかった。
ちなみに、ビンタは横に流すと全く痛くないのだが、
力を流せず、非常に痛かった。
なぜみんな辞めなかったのか？
従って逃げ場がないので、部活に来なくなる奴というのは、まずは練習をサボるようになる。
そして、サボりが一人でもいることを発見すると顧問は怒鳴り散らすようになる。
そうすると、仕方がないので部員総出でサボったやつを説得しに行くという流れになる。
ここまでされると、嫌々戻るやつもいる。学校での居心地が悪くなるからだ。
もちろん戻らないやつもいる。その場合大抵学校も不登校になる。
みんなとりあえず学校に居たいと思っていたのか、サボるやつは殆いなかった。
もっと昔はもしかしたらこういった部活が必要だったのかもしれない。
力を持て余して、学校で暴れるようなヤンキーが蔓延していたような時代では。
だが、その部活に参加していた時代、ヤンキーというのは極々少数だったし、必要無いように思えた。
今振り返ってみると、酷いものに見えた。
さっさと辞めて不登校になったほうが有意義だったかもしれない。
一時的に駅伝部というものがあったのだが、メンバーの半数は野球部だった。
当時どうすれば良かったのか、とたまに考えることがある。
陸上部に何とか転部してクラブチームで教えてもらうのがベストだったのかもしれない。
他の部活も同じようなものだったのだろうか？ぜひとも知りたいものだ。
最初にことわっておくが、これは障害者sageのための文章ではない。
タイトルのとおり、一緒に働いていくためにみんなが持ってる経験を共有してほしい。

◆ 寡黙傾向がある：話しかけてもクローズドの質問だとうなずくか首を振るのみ。どうしても困ったら話しかけてくる
3年ほど籍を置いてくれた中で、苦手なことについて本人の特性によるものか単にスキルか不明な部分を加味しながら、氏に振る仕事は決まりつつある。

決まりつつあるのだが、振る仕事を管理するのが大変なので、知恵を借りたい。
定例の仕事はそのタイミングで振ることができるが、言わば【いつやってもよさそうな仕事】や【突発的だが氏に向いていそうな仕事】が存在する。なお、氏のすべての仕事について、「他の社員の仕事の補佐」的な内容である。
なぜかこれらについて、自分が管理して振る雰囲気になっている。つまり、他の社員の仕事の進捗を自分が把握しつつ、氏が手空きにならないように、主に自分が管理している。
この雰囲気についての異議は上司に申し出るつもりだが、その際にタスク管理の方法としてなにか持っていきたい。

ビジネスの場で「〜を共有します」という言い回しが頻繁に使われる。だが、どうにも違和感を覚えてしまう。
「共有」という言葉には、本来「知っておくと役立つ」「知っていて損はない」といった程度の情報をみんなで持ち合う、というニュアンスがあると思う。
ところが最近では、明らかに必須の連絡事項や報告事項にまで「共有します」が使われている。
「会議の日程を共有します」「売上を共有します」と言われると、なぜか軽々しく聞こえるのだ。
必要不可欠な情報なら「ご連絡します」「ご報告します」でよいはずで、
そこに「共有」という柔らかい言葉を当てはめると、「知っておくといいよ、判断は任せるけど」と言われているように感じる。
もちろん、言葉は多数派が使えば「正しい」とされていくものだ。
だから「共有＝報告・連絡」という用法が広がっている今、違和感を持つほうが古い感覚なのだろう。

生まれながらそういうモチベーションを保てる人はいなくて、みんな環境や教育者の上手いアプローチによって「ナイフ」への親しみを形成してると個人的には思います
私はまだ歴が浅いのと、シンプルに才能があるないの前に基礎がなってないので、(仮に「ナイフ」としますね)、そのナイフを握るためのtipsが非常に重要になってくるんです
誰も気にしていないことをルール化する人がいる。
ルール作る方が強い。
呼び方は「お局」より個人的には「Tipsおじ・おばさん」がしっくりくる。
おっちょこちょい、天然、大ざっぱと言われるので、周りからの評価も私が雑な奴だとされていそうなのが嫌。
バイトで社会経験が浅いときは自分の無能さに落ち込んでいたが、最近は流すようにした。
身についたテクニックとして、
「習慣付いてないですね〜」
と相手のことを責めない。
こだわり強い人は周りから避けられているので、話を聞くだけで信頼を寄せてくることが多い。自分のメンタルが削れる機会も増えるので一長一短。
