雪だるまのフロスティーは陽気で楽しい人だった
Frosty the snowman was a [jolly] happy [soul],
「jAli」[=enjoy] [=person]
ｺｰﾝｺﾌﾞ･ﾊﾟｲﾌﾟとボタンの鼻と石炭で作られた2つの目をつけて
With a [corncob] pipe and a button nose, and two eyes made out of [coal].

雪だるまのフロスティーは彼等の言う御伽噺
Frosty the snowman is a fairy tale, they say,
彼は雪で作られた、でも子供たちは知っている、かれは1日を生きるために来た
He was made of snow but the children know, how he came to life one day.
魔法によって存在する、彼等が見つけた古いシルク・ハット
There must have been some magic in that, old silk hat they found.
彼等が彼の頭を認識したとき、彼は周りを踊り始めた
For when they placed it on his head. He [began] to dance around.

オー、雪だるまのフロスティーは彼が出来る限り生きていた
O, Frosty the snowman, was alive as he could be,
そして子供たちは言う、「彼は 貴方や私と同じくらい笑って楽しんだ」
And the children say he could laugh and play, just the same as you and me.

Over the hills of snow.
雪だるまのフロスティーは知っていた、その日 太陽は暑かった
Frosty the snowman knew, the sun was hot that day,
彼は言った、走ろう、私たちは楽しもう、今 私が解ける前に
So he said, "Let's run and. We'll have some fun. Now before I melt away."
村に下りて、箒(ﾎｳｷ)の柄の手をして
Down to the village, With a broomstick in his hand,
あちこちで走っている、広場の周りで言っている
Running [here and there] all, around the square saying,

捕まえられるなら捕まえて!
Catch me if you can.
彼は子供たちを街の通り導いた、交通警備人のように
He [led] them down the streets of town. Right to the traffic cop.

そして彼が動きを止めた時、彼は彼の叫び声を聞いた「止まって!」
And he only paused a moment when, He [heard] him holler "Stop!"
「ha':d」[hear-2]
雪だるまのフロスティー彼の道の上で急いだ
For Frosty the snow man, had to hurry on his way,
でも彼は手を振りながら言っていた
But he waved goodbye saying,
泣かないで! 私はいつか再び戻ってくるだろう
"Don't you cry, I'll be back again some day."
